Use the caravan selector on the home page or the filter panel. We match by Series, Mark, Model and Year. If a part needs VIN verification, we'll ask before dispatch.
What if my Series/Mark isn't listed?
Contact support with your VIN — we maintain a full production database and can locate the right fitment.

Do you provide installation guides?
Yes, most parts include a downloadable PDF and, where available, a step-by-step video.
Shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. Standard shipping is 3–7 business days. Express is 1–3 days. Free standard shipping on orders over $250.
Can I collect from an Ezytrail dealer?
Some larger items can be dispatched to a dealer for pickup — contact support to arrange.
Warranty
What warranty applies to Ezytrail parts?
12 months manufacturer warranty on genuine Ezytrail parts. Some accessories carry manufacturer-specific terms.
